Personal Injury and Wrongful Death

We represent people injured or relatives of those killed in auto crashes, industrial accidents, slip and falls, and other accidents caused by another’s negligence. We have also represented Plaintiffs in landmark cases involving negligent security and malicious prosecution. Victims of such negligence are entitled to compensation for economic losses, such as medical expenses and lost wages, as well as for their pain and suffering. Personal injury has been an area of emphasis for our firm since its founding in 1970.

How Much Is Your Case Worth?

One of the most common questions we are asked is "What is my lawsuit worth?" We do not believe that there are any attorneys who can accurately answer this question, as there are so many factors involved that contribute to your case's value. The true value of your case can only be determined at the time of settlement or trial. Due to the nature of our legal system, even two cases with identical facts and injuries will likely result in different outcomes.

However, we are able to provide you with a fair and honest evaluation of your case. Your evaluation will be at no cost or obligation to you. We would also be happy to meet with you in person for a free initial consultation on any legal matter.
